Chae Bliss is a distinguished professional with a rich background in healthcare management, hyperbaric medicine, and safety leadership. Educated at South Louisiana Community College and the University of Florida, Chae specialized in Commercial Diving, Healthcare Management and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. As a certified Emergency Medical Technician and Hyperbaric Technician, she has contributed significantly to the field, evidenced by her publications in the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Journal.

Her career journey includes roles such as Commercial Diver at Legacy Offshore, Safety Director at Adventist Medical, Technical and Safety Director at Legacy Health System, and Safety Director at Aviv Clinics. Additionally, she has been actively involved in the field as a Dive Medic with US Hyperbaric and a Nurse Extern at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital.
